Closure research + development
Years of research and development in plastic closures have brought together the right seal geometry, closure structure, raw-material selection and production control, supported by continuous improvement from our Quality and R&D teams. This work enables Diamond Pack to offer a no-visible-liquid-leakage guarantee below 60°C for approved applications.
Seal geometry and structure developed around the intended neck finish and application.
Resin, masterbatch and liner components selected for the required performance.
Molding consistency, critical dimensions and application behavior monitored in production.
Bottle fit, torque, seal and leakage performance checked under agreed conditions.
Performance guarantees are confirmed for the approved closure, bottle-neck finish, product, filling process, application torque, storage period and agreed validation method for each customer program.

State-of-the-art inline inspection
Immediately after production, every finished closure passes through an inline inspection cell. Six synchronized cameras examine the closure around 360°, including its interior, exterior, top surface and tamper-evident features.
Internal seal and liner areas, exterior profile, contamination and visible defects.
Threads, band, bridges, flash, deformation, short shots and overall shape.
Top and under-cap print presence, position and clarity wherever printing is specified.
Color consistency and variation checked against the approved production reference.
Closure mass and weight variation monitored against the approved specification.
Any closure outside the programmed acceptance criteria is removed from the production flow.
Finished closures
Finished closure batches are protected, clearly identified and staged in an organized dispatch area before collection or coordinated delivery.

From production to deliveryClosures in context
A closure performs as part of a connected system: bottle neck, application, product, label and distribution format. These concepts show that system across water, carbonated drinks, flavored beverages and multipacks.

Cap printing
Diamond Pack offers customized printing directly on beverage closures, allowing the cap to become another visible part of the customer’s brand and promotional program.
Top printing
Logos, symbols and customer-selected artwork can be printed on top of the cap using up to three colors. Final artwork is adapted to the cap size and approved print specification.
Under-cap printing
For limited-time promotions, campaign messages or approved promotional artwork can also be printed beneath the cap, creating an additional consumer touchpoint after opening.
Printing availability, artwork detail and color separation are confirmed according to the selected closure and the final production requirements.
Closure engineering
Geometry engineered for repeatable sealing across high-volume production.
A clear visual signal helps protect product confidence at first opening.
Balanced application and removal behavior supports line efficiency and consumer ease.
Brand-matched production options help the closure work as part of the complete package.
Quality focus
Quality is designed into incoming material, process settings, dimensional checks, closure function and final release.
